The Objects of the Association:

• To promote the highest standard of professional driving instruction.
  
• To provide members with relevant information, advice and assistance on all matters connected with road safety.
  
• To monitor changes in road safety matters and where necessary make representations to the appropriate authorities.
  
• To arrange a monthly programme of meetings of interest to members.
  
• To arrange tours, lectures, discussion, social and other related events.
  
• To play a constructive and active part in road safety.
  
• To encourage close liaison with schools and colleges.
  
• To encourage and maintain close liaison between the Association and the Driving Standards Agency (DSA).
  
• To maintain and enhance the reputation, standing and the good name of the Association and it's members by adopting the agreed Code of Ethics at all times.
