The Cornwall Association of Approved Driving Instructors (CAADI) are a group of dedicated professionals which is run by it's members for it's members with everyone having an equal opportunity to contribute. OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION.
We hold meetings on the 3rd Monday of the month (with the exception of July, August & December) in Truro. This gives members the opportunity for regular discussions on developments within the road safety industry and to exchange ideas and views.
Most meetings will have an evening presentation related to the driving industry, examples of which are: Eco-Driving, Road Safety Unit or a chance to meet the local examiners. Some meetings are held as open events.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is an ongoing requirement for us to gain valuable additional training to improve the standards of service we provide to our customers. CAADI provides a means of accessing the type of learning that the big organisations spend tens of thousands of pounds on.
Social events are held a couple of times a year, to provide a chance for us to get to know each other a bit better, maybe whilst doing a bit of Ten Pin Bowling or just a nice meal out.
